Attracting students for 1-to-1 lessons is an important part of teaching online. It’s also one of the most difficult when you’re starting out. There are a few key things you can do to make your chances of attracting online students better, this article has easy tips on how to do this effectively. You can start implementing these tricks right away to gain attention and get noticed by students quickly.
Put out free content online
Free content is one of the easiest ways to attract students for 1-to-1 lessons. You can use social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc., to share mini-lessons and other materials with your followers. By sharing what you do, you can start to build a connection with your audience, and trust. This is the key to signing on new students. They want to know what you can do for them, how you can help them reach their goals, and what lessons with you might be like. The more people connect with you and your style, the more likely they are to become a 1-to1 client.
One of the easiest and most effective ways to get started with this is to create a Facebook page dedicated to your teaching and post 3-5 min videos consistently.
