By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your full name and email address.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel at any time by contacting us through our contact page and letting us know you would like to be removed.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Due to the nature of our products and services, sadly we are unable to provide a refund for services cancelled by the client after the course start date. In the case that we at Kings English cancel your learning session we will provide a full refund to you. Digital products do not qualify for refunds after the product has been downloaded. Physical merchandise has a 15-day return policy.
If you have a problem downloading any of our products, accessing video content or have a dispute with your assigned teacher please let us know immediately by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do everything we can to rectify the issue in a timely manner.
