Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel at any time by contacting us through our contact page and letting us know you would like to be removed.

Refund policy

Thank you for being a part of our community. We value your needs and strive to produce the best product possible.

Due to the nature of our products and services, sadly we are unable to provide a refund for services cancelled by the client after the course start date. In the case that we at Kings English cancel your learning session we will provide a full refund to you. Digital products do not qualify for refunds after the product has been downloaded. Physical merchandise has a 15-day return policy.

If you have a problem downloading any of our products, accessing video content or have a dispute with your assigned teacher please let us know immediately by contacting us at contact@kingsenglishschools.com and we’ll do everything we can to rectify the issue in a timely manner.
